For the second consecutive year, leading retail crime intelligence software company Auror has won Vendor of the Year and been recognised for Best Collaboration with Boots at the UK Fraud Awards 2025.
The event, hosted by Retail Knowledge in Leicester last week, recognises and celebrates the excellence in retail crime prevention, risk management and loss prevention across the industry.
The Retail Risk Vendor of the Year award recognises integrity, honesty, consistency, innovation and outstanding service to the retail community, while the Best Collaboration Award recognises collaborative initiatives between retailers and suppliers to successfully prevent crime.

Auror VP of UK and Europe Mark Gleeson said these wins are a testament to the strong, collaborative relationships the team has built across the sector.
“This is a reflection of how our team approaches what we do - we’re focused on being more than just a supplier, we pride ourselves on being trusted partners in creating positive outcomes together,” he said.
“The work our retailers and law enforcement partners put into creating safer stores and communities is phenomenal, and it’s a privilege to work alongside them.
“Working together across the sector is what will help us achieve our shared mission of reducing violent retail crime by 50 per cent in five years, and we’re proud to play a role in empowering that collaboration.”
Auror’s winning collaboration with Boots Crime Intelligence team has helped bring store teams closer to law enforcement to work together on disrupting prolific and organised crime occurring in their stores. This work has had an enormous impact on improving the safety of their frontline workers and customers.

Auror was also shortlisted for Retailer and Policing Collaboration Award for its strong partnership with Greggs to address organised retail crime and create safer communities.
