No stranger to innovation, this retailer led the UK retail security industry in setting up one of the first Security Operations Centres to provide greater support to their stores and store-based colleagues. Prolific offender with 50+ events charged

A prolific repeat person connected to more than 50 events was prevented by store security colleagues. Thanks to consistent and detailed reporting in the Auror platform, team members were able to connect the dots and police were able to charge the person.

Known violent offender with 20 events arrested

A known violent offender connected to 20 events was arrested thanks to consistent reporting and investigations within the Auror platform! The last incident involved a store colleague being assaulted and the repeat offender selling stolen products for cash on a nearby street.

Known violent offender with 15+ events arrested

An aggressive, erratic, and physically abusive repeat offender involved in over 15 events (including several breached trespass banning notices) was prevented and arrested thanks to collaboration across store locations and with police.

A Store Detective recognized the repeat person and was able to connect the dots on their previous events. Based on the quality reporting in the Auror platform, the team revealed this subject was responsible for over £2K in loss.
